Click counting is the act of using the clicks on the pen to achieve doses between the dose markings that are on the Ozempic (GLP-1 semaglutide injection) pen itself. Usually, the pen only comes in the following marked doses: 0.5 mg (0mg/0.25mg/0.5mg) and 1 mg (0mg/0.5mg/1mg).
